Provençal Squid: Squid (40%), a Provencal sauce binder (water, onions, olives, tomato paste, peppers, rapeseed oil, salt, spices, guar flour).

Pitchounettes: small sardines 70%, a few drops of extra virgin olive oil, a hint of salt.

During my Provence adventure, I stumbled upon the glamorous world of sardine and cans packaging design. It turns out, there's a whole cult of mussels and sardine aficionados who eagerly collect these limited-edition treasures. "Ferrigno" plays a starring role in this game of can couture, known for their must-have collectibles that spice up any pantry shelf with style!
About the Artisans:
"Ferrigno" is a family owned business witnessing its third generations owner in Dominique Ferrigno. Not merely a caretaker of tradition, Dominique has transformed Ferrigno into a state-of-the-art cannery—the last of its kind along the Euro-Mediterranean coast. Nestled in Provence, between Marseille and Sète, Ferrigno's sardine cannery is IFS approved, ensuring every fish is handled with utmost care, from reception to packaging.
Since 1998, Ferrigno has delighted palates with ready-made meals like fish soup, the iconic bouillabaisse, hearty tuna stews, and flavourful rouille. Renowned French chef Joël Robuchon endorsed their fish soup and bouillabaisse for the Reflets de France brand.
