About the artisans:

If you want to know what a responsible, traceable, and local business looks like, take a peek at Clac! (Acronym for "Conserverie Locale Artisanale & Créative" or simply the delightful sound of a popping lid), a small artisan company, based 10 km away from the birthplace of Michelin (the tires and the guide) in Clermont-Ferrand.
