Meet "L'Atelier Ohayo," a delightful confectionery venture founded in 2019 by the passionate duo, Étienne and Caroline, in the charming region of Ain, 50 km from Lyon.
With a love for cooking and baking, they started this family-inspired workshop to share their artisanal sweet treats with the world. Their offerings have grown from delectable caramels to include comforting marshmallows, flavourful fruit jellies, and chocolate! They pride themselves on creating unique flavour combinations, including praline, coffee, pink praline, and even matcha green tea.
