Fruity Ripe Olive Oil by "Domaine de Leos"
Domaine de Leos' Fruity Ripe Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a multi-award-winning product, having garnered 16 medals, including 5 gold, since its debut in December 2019. Highly prized by top chefs such as Alain Ducasse and Joël Robuchon, this olive oil is renowned for its sweet and aromatic flavour and makes a delightful gift for conaisseurs.

For Chefs and Connoisseurs
If you seek an olive oil with strong aromatic potency, a fresh natural ardor, and fine bitterness, this extra virgin olive oil is perfect for you.

100% Provençal Produced from local Provençal fruits, Fruity Ripe Olive Oil is crafted by Domaine de Leos' team under the supervision of Christine Cheylan at the Castelas mill. The olives, primarily Aglandau and Salonenque varieties, are picked later in the season and pressed immediately to preserve their freshness and flavour.

Tasting Notes
This olive oil features a subtle taste with impressive aromatic intensity and a beautiful "length in the throat." Its ripe fruity color, light green with yellow glints, complements its "original" taste, which includes aromas of almond, red fruits, ripe apples, and flowers.

Storage and Shelf Life
While olive oils don't expire, their aromatic quality is best within two years. To preserve its flavors and nutritional benefits, store the oil in a dark bottle, away from light and heat, in a cool, dry place. This prevents odor absorption and light-induced alterations.

Health & Nutritional Values:
Rich in monounsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants, the health benefits of olive oil are regularly mentioned in the media and are the subject of numerous international studies. It is also an excellent source of vitamin E and polyphenols.

Our recommendation:
Fruity Ripe Olive Oils can be used both raw and cooked, with all types of savoury and sweet dishes. A la provançal, it can replace butter in desserts and cakes.

About the artisans:
I love the story of "Domaine de Leos" and I am very proud I can offer their exclusive products, highly acclaimed by Alain Ducasse, Joël Robuchon and other top chefs of France. What makes it special for me?

First of all - when I tried Leos' olive oil for the first time (my pupils expanded, angels starting chanting "Ecstasy of Gold”), I realised I had never truly tried OLIVE OIL, even though I had been cooking with it for years.
Second - "Domaine de Leos" is a living image of starting from scratch and patiently and methodically developing a dream over the years.  You can find the full story of Domaine de Leos on THIS PAGE
